The Fairview Ag Society has entered into a lease agreement with Northwestern Polytechnic Fairview Campus to operate the Hawker Pavilion from October 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. It will be a host arena for equine clinics and events such as:

Barrel racing events and clinics
Horsemanship clinics
Roping events and clinics
 Jumping events and clinics
Sorting jackpots and clinics
Break away roping clinics
Colts starting clinics
Dressage clinics
Reining clinics
4H events
